The Herd GT-77-ATV Broadcast Seeder/Spreader is our top-selling quality ATV
seeder/spreader. It works great with a wide variety of seeds, salt,
granulated fertilizers, granulated herbicides, granulated insecticides,
lime, and sand. It is a heavy-duty ATV spreader that will serve you for many years!
This
Herd ATV seeder/spreader includes a heavy-duty one
piece grey-iron base, a stainless steel hopper lid to keep material dry
at all times and a stainless steel vibrating agitator for quality
spreading. It has a 4-blade overlapping fan that hooks directly to the
12 volt (low amp draw) electric motor and also has a push-pull switch.
This ATV
seeder/spreader has a hopper capacity of 77 lbs of salt or fertilizer or 1.2
bushel of seed. It has a 28 ft. spread width and has the ability to
center the spread pattern. The sure lock pivot plate closes the
discharge to prevent salt or seed loss during transport and it is also used to
set the opening size (0 degrees to 100 degrees) for discharge. This ATV spreader
spreader & seeder is ideal for spreading clover or alfalfa because it has a 28 ft.
spread width! As with all salt spreaders, the spreader must be cleaned out after every use as a salt spreader.
The Herd ATV Broadcaster GT-77-ATV requires an easy mounting carton.
ATV's with metal racks on the back must use the Herd Mounting Carton T and all other
ATV's must use the Herd Mounting Carton 660 (2" receiver hitch). The mounting cartons are sold separately on this website. Our Herd Kasco GT-77-ATV seeder/spreader is a top quality & lightweight ATV attachment that can be easily mounted or removed.
