This new Meyer OEM EZ Plus & Diamond MDII Plow Mount 17139. This Mounting Carton is used on 1999 and later GMC & Chevrolet K1500 - K2500 4 x 4 and the C2500 4 x 2 models.

The Mounting Carton includes the underframe, the right-hand mount weld, the left-hand mount weld and the hardware bag.
