How do I return an item?

RETURNS

If you decide to return a snow plow part purchased from www.partsforsnowplows.com, please contact us at customerserviceparts@yahoo.com for a Return Authorization Number and shipping address.

All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, in unused/resalable condition, in the original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging and accompanied by the original invoice & Return Authorization Number. Returns are subject to our inspection of the conditions above.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping refunds will not be issued for customer returns and no returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase.

Please note: All chemicals, greases, oil products, paints, waxes and additives are non-returnable AND electrical components may not be returned if the original packaging is open!
Also: please note, that from time to time, we offer closeout items for HUGH savings. Closeout items are clearly marked as final sale (no returns/no warranty).

SHIPPING

We stock and ship a wide selection of Meyer and Fisher snow plow parts and ship directly from our dealership warehouse, Monday thru Friday. We make every effort to ship the same day if you place your order on a weekday before 1pm EST.

LOST OR DAMAGED: For lost items, please email us asap, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier. For damaged goods, make sure to make a claim with the carrier before signing for the item. All claims for the loss or damage of the merchandise must be made directly by the customer to the carrier. Lost or damaged shipments, although rare, are annoying and time-consuming, but we’ll do what we can to help you get satisfaction with the carrier.

WARRANTY: All snow plow parts sold by www.partsforsnowplows.com are genuine OEM parts and are warranted only through the guidelines set forth by the manufacturers. Currently, Meyer and Fisher warranty their parts for one year, after the purchase date. Defective parts and goods will be considered for replacement, repair or credit at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. INSTALLATION: www.partsforsnowplows.com does not assume any responsibility for the labor involved in the installation of any parts or merchandise. All claims for defective, replacement, warranty, repair or credit is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. To help our www.partsforsnowplows.com customers, we will forward any information to the manufacturer, for warranty consideration providing:

a. The part/product must have failed within the one year warranty period

b. The customer must return the merchandise being considered for the claim, with all of the warranty tags filled out

c. A copy of the original invoice from www.partsforsnowplows.com

d. A written explanation of the defect
