This new Agrex Pull-type Salt and Fertilizer Spreader Model SP150 is designed to be pulled by a lawn mower, ATV, RTV, golf cart or small tractor (7.0 kW or 9.4 hp is required). It
can spread seed or fertilizer in tight spots of a yard or garden and is
also ideal for pastures, sports fields or golf courses.
The SP
Series
model has a one-piece metal
stamped hopper that provides a perfect degree of descent for maximum
seed flow.
The
pneumatic tires provide flotation to prevent the fertilizer from
bounding out of the hopper. This spreader is great for spreading
fertilizers, seeds, sand and salt.
As with all salt spreaders, the hopper should be cleaned between uses.
The Agrex Pull-type Salt and Fertilizer Spreader Model SP150 has a single wheel ground drive and has a 4.2 Bushel capacity. The spread width is 2 to 6 meters. There is one lever for rate control, an adjustable draw bar and 15mm tow pin.
An optional deflector skirt is available for spreading salt and sand (PAR3000). This option is available on this website.
