This is a new OEM Meyer Cover/Motor Mount with Tabs 15892 for the E-60, E60H, E-61, E-61H. The part #15892 takes the place of part #15831.
The Cover/Motor Mount with Tabs includes a 4 3/4" I.D. O-Ring 15687 and a Pump Shaft Seal 15686.
